Troubleshooting

The preview has no products or variants

Confirm that Apply to has a selected value. Then review extra AND conditions, excluded products/tags, SKU and option filters, inventory, price bounds, status, and creation dates. Gift cards and archived products are never changed. For CSV import, verify that the SKUs exist in this store and check the file's skipped-row messages.

The preview changed after I edited the form

Select Refresh preview. A preview belongs to the rule and target that produced it; editing either can make it stale. Review the recalculated rows before confirming an apply or schedule action.

A variant was skipped because it is in another campaign

Open the other active campaign and finish or revert it first. Then return to the affected campaign and select Retry if available. The app protects variants from overlapping live price changes. A Shopify automatic discount can also conflict with another active price campaign on the same variants.

My storefront does not show a sale badge or strike-through price

For the app's badge, enable Show sale badge and countdown, add its block in an Online Store 2.0 product-page theme, and save the theme. A sale tag alone does not render the badge. For a strike-through, check the preview's compare-at value: it must be above the selling price. The automatic discount method leaves product-page prices unchanged and therefore does not add a product-page strike-through.

The Omnibus line is missing or says “Lowest price since”

For the prior-price line, enable both Show sale badge and countdown and Show the lowest price of the last 30 days (EU Omnibus) in the campaign. Check that the saved Sale badge theme block also has its 30-day-low setting enabled. View an affected product and variant in the store currency; the block hides the line in another cart currency. Lowest price since means the app has less than 30 days of recorded history for that product. Prices from before installation and fixed Markets prices are not included. See the EU Omnibus guide for the full setup and coverage limits.

Markets show a different price

The market may have a fixed price list. Review the preview's Market fixed price warning. On Pro or Scale, use Also update fixed prices in Markets with a supported percentage rule when you want those prices changed too. Fixed Markets prices are not included in the 30-day-low display.

Revert kept some prices

Edited after campaign (kept) means the current Shopify value no longer equals the value this campaign wrote. The app leaves that newer edit in place. Use the detail page's filter to identify the affected variants. If the report says Not confirmed, inspect those variants in Shopify and contact support if their original values did not return.

A campaign is partial or failed

Open its detail page, read the banner and row-level errors, then use Retry or Revert prices as appropriate. A failed apply does not automatically restore prices already changed. If a scheduled start was skipped after a plan change, open Plans to review the missing feature. If a campaign changed no variants because everything was already at the target value or locked by other campaigns, clear the conflict or adjust the rule before retrying.

Can I uninstall to end a campaign?

No. Revert all active price campaigns before uninstalling. Once the app is removed, it no longer has permission to restore Shopify prices. If you need help with an unusual partial result, contact support before uninstalling.
