Settings and plans
Open Settings from the app navigation to choose how new campaigns start. Simple layout shows the core price, product, schedule, and preview steps. Advanced exposes filters, exclusions, Markets, and storefront options. Switching layouts does not clear values already entered in a campaign form; review any notice about active hidden settings.
Under Defaults for new campaigns, choose rounding, whether to keep existing compare-at values, whether to use the recorded 30-day low for strike-through pricing, a default sale tag, and sale badge/text preferences. These defaults populate new forms. They do not alter campaigns that were already saved.
Under Notifications, Basic or above can choose Every finished campaign, Only problems, or Off, and set a destination email. New installations default to Off. A completion email can describe an applied, partially applied, failed, or reverted result; delivery depends on your store's app setup. The Storefront section links to the theme editor for the sale badge block.
Plan limits and features
The Plans page shows your store's current tier. Limits below count products per campaign, not variants. One selected product can contain many eligible variants.
| Tier | Products per campaign | Simultaneous live campaigns | Reverted history | Additional features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 100 | 1 | 30 days visible | Core price rules, preview, safe revert, filters, sale tag, CSV export. |
| Basic | 5,000 | 5 | Full | Scheduling, automatic end, recurrence, cost-based pricing, auto-include, sale badge/countdown, drift alerts, email notifications. |
| Pro | 25,000 | 20 | Full | Markets fixed prices, CSV import, 30-day low display and compare-at option, Shopify automatic discount method. |
| Scale | Unlimited | Unlimited | Full | Large-catalog processing, B2B catalog fixed prices, Shopify Flow, priority support. |
The app lists monthly and annual paid options where billing is available. Paid plans offer a 7-day trial once per store after a subscription is approved and becomes active. A declined or abandoned approval does not use the trial. Some stores may have a plan assigned directly by the Lilya team; their Plans page can show that no subscription is needed. A feature unavailable on your tier appears locked or leads to Plans.
Reverting an active campaign does not require keeping the plan that started it. Before changing tiers, inspect scheduled campaigns: a future start that requires a feature outside the new plan will be skipped. Free hides older reverted history but does not delete it; moving to a paid tier makes that history visible again.
