Scheduling

Under 3. Schedule, use Start later to choose a future start date and time. Use End automatically to choose when the app should revert the campaign. The form displays times in your browser's time zone. Scheduling and automatic end require Basic or above.

When both a start and an end are set, Basic or above can choose Repeats every week or Repeats every month. The start and end must fit within one repeat period. At the end of a run, the app can create the next scheduled run with the same settings.

Each run is a separate campaign. When a recurring run ends automatically or you revert it early, the app creates the next scheduled run. To stop the series, open Campaigns → Scheduled, find the next run, and Delete that scheduled campaign. Unschedule turns a scheduled run into a draft; it does not delete the campaign. Check the Scheduled list again after reverting an active recurring run, because that revert creates its next run.

Weekly starts advance by seven days in UTC. Monthly starts move to the corresponding day of the next month; if that month is shorter, the start moves to its last day (for example, January 31 → February 28 in a non-leap year). The app keeps the run's duration. Because the recurrence is calculated in UTC, the time shown in your browser can shift by an hour when your local daylight saving time changes. Check the next scheduled run's displayed time after each change.

If neither box is selected, the campaign starts when you apply it and remains active until you manually revert it. If you set only an end time, it starts now and reverts at that time. A scheduled campaign appears in the Scheduled list and the dashboard's Coming up section.

Open a scheduled campaign to review it or use Unschedule. If a plan is downgraded before the start and no longer includes a feature used by the campaign, the scheduled start is skipped and the detail page explains which feature needs a higher plan. Already active campaigns can still be reverted after a downgrade.

Before removing the app

Revert any active price campaigns first. Once an app is uninstalled, it can no longer restore prices in Shopify. Uninstalling is not a substitute for ending a promotion.
